No. 573/2005 and Police Licence for Private Security Agency (Central Act 29 of 2005) and AN ISO 9001 : 2008 Certified Company. The strength of RGR is honesty, integrity, devotion to duty and loyalty to the organization in which it deals. Our source of intake is primarily Ex-Servicemen, Para Military Personnel and well built energetic young Boys in the age group of 25 to 45 years. Our security personnel are well trained and can communicate in Tamil, English and Hindi.
RGR Corporate office is proximately located at Tambaram West, Chennai-600 045 at the main area and branch Office located at Ruby Garden, Main Road, Kadambur, Maraimalai Nagar, Kancheepuram Dist., Also we have our branch offices at Gudiyattam, Vellore and The Managing Director, Colonel DR KUMAR, retired from Army has a splendid and varied experience in the field of Criminology and Forensic Sciences, he is also an expert in investigations (Domestic and International). He was a Black Cat Commando in NSG (New Delhi), a competent and confident administrator with effective professional performance in three decades of senior level dealing with various security aspects effectively.
We have a Manager for customer care and support who acts as liaison officer between RGR and our Clients.
We have trannied Field Officers Operation Manager and Assignment Manager who have been selected / promoted to security officials and are fully responsible for deployment, discipline and imparting training for security personnel.
The management of security operations are carried out through first, second and third echelon by Operation Manager and Field Officers effectively as the Security Bureau structure is well.
